ARN2966 is a potent, orally active and cross the blood-brain barrier amyloid precursor protein (APP) translation modulator. ARN2966 shows anti-A? aggregation and neuroprotective properties. ARN2966 has the potential for the research of alzheimer's disease[1]. In Vitro:ARN2966 inhibits A?40 and A?42 production in APP751SW transfected CHO cells in a dose dependent manner, and decreases the level of APP and C83, and C99 peptides[1].
