Tildacerfont (SPR001; LY2371712) is an orally active, blood-brain barrier-penetrant selective corticotropin-releasing factor type 1 (CRF1) receptor antagonist. Tildacerfont selectively blocks CRF1 receptors, thereby inhibiting the release of pituitary adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Tildacerfont can be used in research related to congenital adrenal hyperplasia[1]. IC50 & Target:CRF1 receptor[1] In Vitro:Tildacerfont is a CRF1 receptor antagonist. Tildacerfont selectively blocks the CRF1 receptor and acts on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis[1].
