In Vitro:(E)-2-Nitrocinnamic acid (10 μM) exhibits weak inhibition of AChE (8.52% inhibition at 10 μM) and negligible inhibition of BChE (2.11% inhibition at 10 μM), with a calculated AChE binding energy of -6.33 kcal/mol[1].
