2-Chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (chloro-K3) is a vitamin-K-dependent carboxylation antagonist with an IC50 value of 146 μM. 2-Chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone has cytotoxic activity[1]. In Vitro:2-Chloro-1,4-naphthoquinone (48 h) shows cytotoxic activity against HL-60 and WI-38 cell with IC50 values of 6.32μM and 23.58 μM[2].
