In Vivo:Cobalt sulfate (25-100 mg/kg; p.o.; on days 1-20 of gestation) heptahydrate has embryotoxicity and teratogenicity to OFA-SD rats[2].
Cobalt sulfate (50 mg/kg; p.o.; daily) heptahydrate is teratogenic to C57Bl mice[2].
