FT011 is an anti-fibrotic agent, reduces mRNA expression of collagens I and III and inhibits collagen synthesis[1]. FT011 is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. In Vivo: FT011 (100 mg/kg b.i.d., p.o., for 4 weeks) improves the cardiac function and and myocardial remodeling in myocardial infarction rats[1].
